Hey guys Shadys back. Coming to you from the Clevver TV headquarters, Im Dana Ward with the latest on the life of Eminem.

In his first public appearance in 2 years, Eminem rocked it at his late October release party for his memoir. Titled The Way I Am, the Detroit rappers book is raw, uncensored and reveals all of the details on his music and personal life. It seems that Slim Shady AKA Marshall Mathers took a break from the music industry for an 0-5 stint at rehab for dependency on sleep medication and for the following years remarriage and redivorce of ex-wife, Kim Scott. The 36-year-old also suffered the death of close friend, rapper Proof, at a Detroit nightclub shooting.

Not only is Eminem giving us the info about his pseudo-disappearance in his memoir, but the Grammy-winner also announced that hes been working with Dr. Dre for months on a new album. The Real Slim Shady reportedly plans to drop his 6th studio album on December 1st... or December 23rd Theres obviously been confusion in the media regarding the specific release date, but his label Interscope says Relapse will be out late this year or early in 09. The first single is called Im Having A Relapse, and Eminems last studio album was the chart-topping Encore back in 2004.

While hes bringing us some fresh raps and new beats on Relapse, Eminem has been quoted as saying that he will likely NOT go on tour because hes accomplished enough with his music and he doesnt need to over-saturate the industry.

Be sure to go straight to Clevver.com to checkout all of Slim Shadys music videos plus the vids from all of your favorite artists. Im Dana Ward and well see you next time right here at Clevver TV.
